The methods of producing a black tea vary greatly from country to country. This tea is fully oxidized and is very high in caffeine. There are 4 steps involved in the production of this tea; withering, rolling, oxidizing and firing or drying. It loses some of its vitamins, trace minerals and antioxidants from the manufacturing process. Some black teas are light and fruity and some are rich and malty. The richer teas can carry milk and sugar. If you like Earl Greys, you will LOVE our Earl Grey Supreme. We do not compromise on base tea or components. |
