Shipping Rates: Please proceed to the checkout page and shipping will be calculated on actual UPS rates or USPS rates for all gourmet coffees, loose leaf teas and accessories. You are not obliged to complete your order until you approve shipping charges.

Our shipping costs are based on the approximate shipping weight and location of your order. We use shipping tables provided by UPS to calculate the shipping cost. The actual shipping/handling charge is calculated during the checkout process. The cost of shipping will vary based on what is ordered, the destination and the shipping method.

Product availability is subject to change. Items ordered together will not necessarily be shipped together. We do not add additional charges if your items are shipped separately. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately.

Standard Ground shipping is available to all 50 states. Separate rates apply for shipments to California, Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes. Orders placed with Standard Ground shipping will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification. Orders shipped via Standard Ground typically arrive in three (3) to eight (8) business days.

UPS 2nd Day Air
UPS 2nd Day Air shipping is available to all 50 states. UPS 2nd Day Air is not available for P.O. Boxes. Separate rates apply for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Orders placed with UPS 2nd Day Air shipping will ship by the next business day, pending credit card authorization and verification Orders shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air typically arrive in two (2) to three (3) business days.
