Organic Papua New Guinea coffee is one of our favorite coffees, an excellent cup of coffee with amazing sparkle and spiciness. It is very difficult to get, coming from small coffee farms deep within the rain forests of Papua New Guinea, the mountains ranging in height between 4,200 and 6,000 ft. above sea level, are difficult to access therefore cultivation is not any easier thing. These beans work very well in espresso blends.

A subtly aromatic Indonesian bean. This heavy bodied coffee is the least acidic of all the coffees and produces a syrupy flavor with earthy overtones and complex flavor. Sumatra Mandheling coffee is produced outside of Padang, which is the west coast coffee district of Sumatra, one of the main islands that make up Indonesia. Many consider the Mandheling coffees to be among the world's finest and most admired, and certainly among the best Sumatran coffees.
