All recurring deliveries can be cancel at anytime. Please give email notification 30 days prior to your monthly delivery date. Gourmet coffee and tea recurring delivery program shipments follow a 3 week shipping rotation. Shipments continue without interruption unless modified or canceled by the customer.
At this time gift wrapping and engraving are available for gourmet tea and tea accessory items only.
RETURNS
Have confidence in ordering with Goodies from My Bag Lady, if you are dissatisfied with ANY of our products, you may return,(coffee accessories return policy), the item for a full refund or exchange, (coffee accessories exchange policy), within 14 days of receiving the gourmet coffee, tea, and coffee and or tea accessories less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for all gourmet coffee and tea or follow the for return instructions shipped with the item for all coffee and tea accessories. Returns on items will be accepted within 14 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges or a exchanged of the item will be made.
WARRANTIES
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Gaines Group, Inc. Goodies from My Bag Lady is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 14 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 14 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Goodies from My Bag Lady at no charge.
Shipping
We normally ship all in stock gourmet coffee and tea items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS Ground. Actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (in most cases it averages 5-10 business days from the day that the order was placed). Any item that is "out of stock" will be backordered and will be shipped immediately upon it's arrival in our warehouse.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer. Some items may be temporarily out of stock for as long as 2 to 6 weeks weeks due to color, style, quatity or other unforeseen circumstance. We will contact you if items are backordered and customers will be notified if item ordered has been discontinued or is no longer available.
If you are requesting a rush order and require delivery before times indicated, please e-mail for current shipping times for particular products and locations.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on merchandise totals BEFORE any discounts.
